The device BC30 Car 4.1+EDR bluetooth MP3 Player Hands-Free Dual USB FM Transmitter Car Charger is not working. Everything seems to be ok: the device recognizes the phone (i-phone) and shows the successful pairing on the display. When a call is initiated, the phone appears on the display to indicate a conversation in progress; BUT THERE IS NO AUDIO. There is practically no audio when the conversation is switched from the phone to the device. Then you must return to the normal phone call without any possibility of using the device (see video 1). Even when the device is used to listen to music from the mobile phone, the connection is activated, the display shows the title of the song that "should" be played, but there is no volume (see video 2)
